Wave Your Scarves
Dancing with a scarf is always a favorite for tiny dancers. Work on directional concepts and explore space by moving the scarf up and down, side to side, in a circle, hide it behind your back, and throw it up in the air and catch it. Body awareness is learned in this song. After each movement dancers can throw their scarf in the air and see if it can land on different body parts like their head, arm, or back.
